Musicians’ Wellness, “Body Mapping” Seminar

Venue: MSU Community Music School, East Lansing
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

A Complete Course in Body Mapping

The seminar will cover what every musician (student and teacher) need to know about how the body functions relative to making music. Body Mapping looks into how an individual’s body responds to various techniques by investigating how the brain governs movement. It can help uncover the origins of muscular tensions and help musicians not only to avoid injury, but to perform to their maximum ability with ease.
