Join the MSU Concert Orchestra for a fun and creative night of music-making as a community. During Concerto for Audience, we invite attendees to participate in creating music with the orchestra. Their musical parts will include clapping rhythms, singing together, and more. Before each movement, interactive artist and graduate student James Brinkmann will teach the audience their parts and guide them during the performance.
This multi-grant funded commission is an MSU student collaboration featuring composers Evan Snyder, Spencer Arias, and Elena Specht and conductors Joe Hodge and Evan Harger. Concerto for Audience is headed by James Brinkmann.
