Audio Engineer Sound Internship Available
This position is a joint internship with MSU’s Vocal Jazz Ensemble (VJE) and Recording Services.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Setup sound equipment and provide sound reinforcement for two rehearsals per week as well as for performances.
- Class meets Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursda,y 3-3:50 p.m, .at MSU’s College of Music.
- Commitment to the Vocal Jazz Ensemble Performance Schedule.
Training/Equipment
Intern will work with Recording Services at the beginning of the Fall semester to learn equipment setup, maintenance, and mixing techniques. The VJE has an eight-channel Mackie mixer, four Mackie speakers, assorted microphones, and cables.
