MSU saxophone students, ensembles, alumni and Professor of Saxophone
Joseph Lulloff performed numerous recitals and concerts upon invitation
at the World Saxophone Congress XIII at the University of Minnesota, July
9 - 13, 2003. The theme was "Looking to our future, remembering our

Rousseau, co-founder of the first Congress in 1969, hosted the triennial

chamber music, soloists with band and orchestra, lectures, master classes,
and exhibitions. Overall, more than 1,000 people attended and 500 saxophonists
