More Enrollment Information

To enroll for the conducting symposium, please submit the following items:

• Your completed registration form.
• A current resume.  You may submit this electronically to Doug Henderson at hende247@msu.edu, or by mailing a hard copy along with your payment to the address below.
• Your payment of $600 (conductor) or $250 (observer).  Deposits of $100 will be accepted to reserve your place, with the full payment being due by April 1, 2008. Please mail a check or money order made payable to Michigan State University to the address below.

Notice of cancellation must be received prior to May 1, 2008, in order to refund registration fees.
