Choral Union

The Choral Union, a large mixed chorus of 150 to 200 voices, is designed to bring the campus and community together in a joint musical effort. Repertoire focuses on the major choral and orchestral works of every stylistic period, and the choir performs with both the Lansing Symphony Orchestra and the MSU orchestras.

Membership is open to adults and high school and college students and consists primarily of mid-Michigan residents and MSU students. Community members pay a participation fee of $45 per semester. MSU students may register as a community member OR as a student for academic credit (one credit-hour). Previous choral singing experience is required.

Conductor: David Rayl

Rehearsals:
Wednesdays (7:00 p.m.–8:50 p.m.) at 147 Communication Arts and Sciences Building (located at the southwest corner of Wilson and Red Cedar roads on the MSU campus)
